Girls Weekend!
Catherine and I got to stay with
our friend Corrie who moved to Denver,
and recently bought and remodeled a great house in Englewood.
We had a weekend of food, conversation, shopping, and adventure.
She showed us all around the city. It was beautiful.

Such a cool city with lots of cool neighborhoods, houses, shops, and restaurants.
I came home inspired to decorate and work on our house.
Maybe the next blog will show some of those ideas :)

Our best attempt at the Roaring Forks Chile Mac anc Cheese. Delicious- but not the same. We have some work to do to perfect it :)
