Garrison is into pirates.So we went for the pirate birthday party followed by the pirate Halloween costume. It was a two for one kinda deal.
And the other day I asked him if he wanted to be a firefighter when he grew up- because he loves it when the fire truck goes by.... but he said "no, I want to be a pirate when I grow up." Great, all this world needs is some more pirates.
And he got every parents dream- a drum set. Actually it is really cute and he is really good about playing them at good times, and not playing them if we ask. He puts his sticks on the little chair at night and doesn't get up to play them in the middle of the night like I thought he would :)
